Evoy Laneway House

The laneway house was part of the original intent when our clients purchased their home in South Etobicoke. They wanted to ensure that the property met the requirements to build a 2 storey house with a garage on the ground floor.

The home serves a family member where it has all the functions needed in a residence. Since it was designed and constructed concurrently with the main house, we were able to achieve a similar aesthetic so that the entire project was cohesive.
